an offer was made. they were supposed to move in on april 30. we did all the paperwork. and were waiting for them to do the inspection and to review the condo documents (they had 10 days to review and 2 days to do the inspection). when my realtor called to ask why they hadn't done the inspection yet, he found out that they were starting to get scared about not having enough money for a house. so another offer is down the drain.
all you can do is laugh at the whole experience.
being a believer of karma and fate, i have to wonder if all this is for a reason. 3 offers renigged. 2 sets of realtors. condo was listed 3 times. the price had gone down almost 8 thousand dollars from the initial listing.
maybe, just maybe, we are not supposed to be selling the place now?
