state vs. federal law and segregation. should lott resign for making comments that can be construed as bigotry?

it's so hard to not drink coffee, pop or any type of caffenaited beverages!! i am trying to not, in the case that, well, you know, that i might be...you know...i might harm things....anyway, i need caffeine at work!!!
