i feel as if i have been away for a while! i think that i was posting almost every day for the past couple of months!

had a strange w/e. had a horrible friday. a talk with my dad, a talk with my mom---two seperate conversations, in which i was treated as an adult. i seriously think that this is b/c i am married now. this kinda sucks b/c i have been an 'adult' for a long while, and it took marrying a man for them to realize this. but...at least they are doing it now right? i hope i helped them.
talked to emily and sophia about a situation i was dealing with, an age old situation...and thank you guys...
(hubby and i are very happy now.very.i love learning more and more about him and developing us...even if it's after a lot of crapolla...)

went out with the girls saturday night, invited robin, about 10 times, but he wanted me to go out with the girls by myself...so i did. went to a coffe shop, met emily there. i was early, so i hung out by myself for a while. it was a neighborhood i used to be fairly comfortable in, although it wasn't the safest, i felt that nothing bad could happen to me, when i was younger, but now i am older, and a little wiser, and i know that anything is possible, so i didn't feel as safe and protected as i used to. but i do miss the city. the suburbs are so dull, albeit peaceful. emily introduced me to an interesting person, who makes movies (this doesn't happen in the suburbs)...we talked of dreams and making them happen. fun conversation.
sophia came to meet us. then we went to a multimedia party, paintings everywhere, poetry all around us, interesting looking people, artsy type, live music. cool environment, but it was for a christian event, which kinda spooked us a little. so we left. we then met up with kamini, alexa,kanaka and kam in downtown. went to the lounge after. a cool, hip, club, but it was pretty hot,and the music was not the greatest..but everyone was gorgeous, men and women, and the art was pretty and everything was so lively, and happy. and man did i talk!! i was talking and talking and talking, to everyone!! boys who i made sure knew that i was married and to the girls i was with. it was overrall a fun time. i hope that everyone else had fun!

saw 'about a boy' yesterday, the hugh grant movie. i liked it. i love hugh grant and he wasn't as sappy (but sweet) as he usually is, you kinda had to work hard a little to like his character. his character had an edge which you don't usually see. and the accents...oh how i love english accents...:)
