hi. it's monday afternoon. robin is sick at home today...:(...i don't get to see his cute face at work...and his allergies as well as the asthma are acting up..poor thing.



the wedding shower was super, i think that it went really well. mom, anu and preeth came, and for whatever reason he has, dad decided to stay home. does he realize that his rudeness hurts me so much. he could have met chris and kristin you know, like mom did (robin's brother and sister in law), but instead they'll think that he didn't want to meet them. nice. on the positive side, it was super fun. kim and sophia did a good job organizing it, and everyone was smiling throughout. kari and dave, roger, ahmed,neza,demetrio and sara. games and cool presents, and lots of lovely words of congratulations, and really good conversation.



the bachelorette party was fun as well, although kim and sophia, the organizers were stranded in a parking lot with a flat tire. sue and emily were there, as well as alison, roz,kamini and suzette and other friends of sue's. it was very, very fun. just to be out and about in my black leather pants, and a fun 70's shirt...although i hated the hair...i felt good and young and silly and fun. we ended the evening at 1st Ave, my favorite place. and i did wear the veil for about 20 minutes, and sold lollipops, earning enough money to get in to first and have a slice of pizza afterwards. the night ended around 3:15am....yikes...i definitely had a headache the next day.



sunday, robin and i went out to eat.he treated and i ordererd something new, sante fe shrimp, it was amazing. robin said 'i am glad you like it, i like seeing you happy'. he's such a sweetie. (by the way, his roommate and his friend wanted to go to a n bar, as a bachelor party, but robin didn't want to...isn't he amazing!!)



i sent out thank you cards, by the way, this morning. made them myself. sophia said it was very pretty. yay!!!
