hi people. stayed home tuesday due to the fact that i had woken up at 1a and was unable to get back to sleep til 4:30a...and a headache...but also to get stuff done, since the days (the 2 days!) are approaching soon...order flowers, make sure i like the color of the bridesmaid's dress, order some dessert bars along with the cake and pay for all the bakery goods, buy robin's wedding band and pick it up. all done! i also wanted to clean, even picked up mom to do it, but ran out of time, but did get to spend time with mom. it was nice.
wednesday, robin and i went to dinner at mom and dad's, with preetham. it was nice really. robin helped my dad to move furniture (i did as well), so that my parents could clear out rooms to put the new carpet in. my dad wants the house to look nice for all the guests that we will be having. e gad! i have to do the same for mine, but no time!!! oh, and my dad bought robin a nice suit. robin is very happy, cause he had never owned a suit, and now he has one.
raj will do the hindu reading, i just have to find a beautiful hindu or indian love/marriage poem. and ahmed will read the muslim poem. and steve and his wife sara will read the jewish poem, and our officiant will be reading the christian one. if only i had a representative for the budhist poem...all the major religions covered?
oh and anita and i will be blog partners. what does that mean? well we need to ask 10 questions of another blogger.
