i am trying to create a team blog for all of my family in india and in america...i want to make it look beautiful so that they will WANT to blog once in a while. i don't know what the trick is, the trick to make people participate. if i work hard at creating this blog and it's not used, it would...it would suck, pretty much.



the goal is that it would be like a message board of sorts, allowing them to post the events of their day, if anyone is sick, if anyone is about to get married, etc., it's mostly b/c we are all too busy to write letters, or emails...and it would be all in one place, so that everyone can see what's going on...and keep up with events, and the family.



i wonder if this idea will happen, and if it does happen, will people use it?
