i did not watch the state of the union address...but when i heard the wrap-up on mpr, i wished that i had. apparently the democrats actually showed emotion and disagreement with the prez. also, apparently not all republicans are happy with the prez, specifically the conservatives one who feel that he is being irresponsible with spending way too much money, at a time when this should not be done.

maybe there is hope after all.

although there was commentary by a few who praised the speech and said that they feel hopeful after hearing from him. gross.

hubs beat me in scrabble yesterday. but he started the game off by making a word with the 7 letters he was given at the onset. just like that, he got his 50 points. but i lost by 17 points, so i didn't do too badly.

i love not watching tv!! i love that we're both tired of tv and have started to play games, like rummy and scrabble.
