i loved having everyone together at our house this thanksgiving...but missed my parents greatly. they love this holiday. but, i am extremely happy for the fact that they are enjoying their lives visiting india...visiting relatives and seeing parts of india that they have never seen.

srikanth, my cousin, brought us many an indian sweet, my faves actually...but hubs sent them all with gboy, my brother who lives in chicago. he knows that i will eat the whole box if i could. and i would have, but over a period of time, dognam't. i know that he is looking out for me...but they looked so good. darn the diabetes.

the indian sweets, and the pecan pie, two things i should not and did not have...okay i had a little bite of each...so there!
