i love this site because it keeps me in touch with a generation i don't know very well. the kids/youth of today. it's amazing that they have a place like this to meet and post their fears, ideas, etc., i wish that i had this when i was their age. i felt as if i did not have anyone to talk to, i didn't feel as if others had problems, let alone, ones similar to mine. i would truly have benefited from a site like this.

what else? last night, robin and i had to tell my realtor that we are unhappy with her. it was one of the hardest things to do. to tell someone that is a basically a nice person who is not too comfortable with computers, that we are not happy with the way she does things. she does not believe that people find houses via the internet, and we are definite internet people, so this is something that is huge for us. there were quite a few other things that we were not happy with...but in the back of our minds, we knew that she would sell, maybe 3 or 4 months from now, someday, but we wanted it sold soon, or sooner and we know we can. our place is very showable, people just need to be made aware that we are selling it!! anyway, she made it hard for us, by getting very offended and by saying that she will change, she will do the things we ask. but at the end, we are paying her alot of money to do things the way everyone else does it, and in essense we will be telling her how to do her job, while instead we could get a realtor that does the things that we want without us having to tell them.
we are waiting now for her to talk to her boss to see if we can get out of the contract. is this process supposed to be so difficult?
