cleaned out the house to get it ready for an appraisal. the realtor came to appraise it, and told me to clean it out some more...work, more work, and yet more work...can''t wait til i have sold the place and have bought a new place and am settled into it.

dad is getting more ornary as he gets older...which makes it hard for mom, who is the person that has to see him 24x7. ugh. i love him, but he is driving mom crazy. and i don't really know how to help her...or him...i wish that he would get a part time job or take classes to keep busy. he is too much of a social person and is too intelligent to sit around the house watching tv all day, and getting more and more bored of his life..which results in him getting angry and annoyed by those around him.
i wish that i could do something...
