i am trying to get anyone in charge in my compan(ies)(cgs, is my company, we are doing a project for IBM, who is doing a project for uhc), to let me go to india to train the helpdesk folks there...so that they can enter tickets in correctly, which would be beneficial for the tracking of problem resolving information, allowing for better decision making, blah, blah, blah...actually it's so i can go to india, on my company's wallet. wish me luck.
