watched mystic maseur last night, a movie based on the V.S.Naipaul novel. preetham's choice. i liked it. i love movies that take me away to a foreign place...foreign, anywhere i haven't been...

anytime i can see jimi mistry is a good time. the lead actor, asif mandvi, had a very likeable character, strong, manipulative, and yet true to the culture and country. i also really like ayesha dharker, the wife of the lead character...i've liked her since i saw the terrorist (that was an amazing movie, loved it).

it was a good movie, not overly exciting, not overly dramatic, not overly comical...but it was fun to watch, and it had comedy (mostly supplied by om puri).

there was a another fellow in the movie, that i am a big fan of. he acts in a show that hubs,pbro and i love...absolutely love. the show is called 'good gracious me', which we see on trio, the cable channel. (i can't find any links on this whatsover, except for this one...:()
