i went to a wedding the weekend. it was a 3 hour drive, and a favor for preetham to accompany him on the drive. the people came to my wedding so i was glad to go. i realize now that minnesota is beautiful. we passed red wing, lake city and the wedding itself was in a city called winona that town which "winona ryder" is from.
ran into a woman who i worked with about 13 years ago, apparently she remembered it so at least. after she reminded me, i did remember her but only vaguely. apparently she went through a huge low period in life soon after the period when i worked there...and she found religion to be a very big comfort. i always thought that finding religion that way is too easy a way to be converted to that religion, but it is a great reason to have hope and to feel loved and have a peace with the world, your world. anyway, she apologized for any mean thing she had done at the time that i worked with her, for she thought that she was a mean person then. i dont remember anything, but i thought it was,i don't know, interesting i guess,that she would say that.

why is it that listening to hard, fast music makes my foot hit the accelerator harder? esp if it is metallica. they have the power to make me drive fast, faster than i think i am.
by the way, these two bands rock! fountains of wayne's "stacey's mom", the white stripes'' "seven nation army" and coldplay's " the scientist" . they are definitely my favs of the moment.
