what's going on with me these days? not blogging unfortunately. :(
we are trying to sell our house so that means that we have to expend alot of money to fix the house to make it ready. this will take about 5000 dollars plus. then we put it out on the market for maybe 15000 less than what we bought it for 3 years ago- because of the heavily saturated market. too many houses for sale means that we have to ask for less to start with. then we have to accept even a lower price when we get bids on the house.
is it all worth it? why are we doing this?
