it is almost march already

this year is definitely going by too fast.

i am going to turn 40 this year. there i said it. 40. how the heck did that happen? so fast? i am old. i don't feel old, i really don't. i am not sure of whether i really want to celebrate or just ignore...maybe if i ignore the birthday's big deal...maybe then it won't be a big deal.  maybe.

the kids: crazy. the kids have gotten out of control lately. won't listen to anything unless i yell. i hate yelling but i am good at it. apparently. i will slowly tone it down and use 'the look'. a new method. let's see how it goes.

i am on facebook too much. on the one hand, i am on it too much...that is a problem. on the other hand it provides two things: a way to step away from everyday life, and looking at the work of other photographer's. i love looking at the photos, it inspires me. i need inspiration.
