kim's bday was friday. sophia, kari and dave, myself, jim and allison, robin, and a bunch of other people gave her a surprise party. at udupi. she loved it. she was surprised.



saturday was jr and susan's shower. spent time with jr and susan, jr's parents, susan's parents, chris and kristen, sara and joe, tim and erin, and some other folks, it was really nice. lots of chatting.



sunday was casual. goat and preeth and i went to see 'john q'. very intense movie, almost made me cry. about hmo's, child dying, man kidnaps hospital staff to get his son's name on a transplant list. anyway, it was pretty good.



robin and i are talking everyday now of when, where, etc., regarding the wedding. mom and dad are not coming home until 4/1. which means that they will not meet robin's mom, for she leaves on 4/1. :(...i think that we will have to plan a w/e trip to chicago.



goat has been working with me and robin...for very low pay...but in the IT world. he liked the people i think...but the pay is so low. he got an offer from another company today, so he will not be working here tomorrow probably. he has not heard from the company in chicago, but the offer that he got is here in minnesota. i wonder which he'll choose and if he'll stay in town.
