arizona was amazing. we went to the grand canyon. we rode a hummer up a huge mountain (4000 feet). we ate at very nice restaurants. went shopping. walked alot. admired cacti and palm trees as they coexisted. enjoyed the mountains as the background for the nice houses. learned a little spanish. met robin's dad. he's wonderful. received an amazing and very unexpected present from robin's mom. and received ecards from family and relatives in india, including my parents who are still visiting there but who write that they feel sad about missing my birthday.



what else? dad sent a mail the other day telling me that "Atlast we gaave an order for your engagement ring. At this time I dont thin k I will give any particulars

other than it is what you wanted prcisely. It is very attraactive one. Cross your fingers and wait for

us and all the details will be given to you in right time. We are trying to do to make you happy. "...ugh! so! they are buying the engagement ring! i told robin about it nervously...not sure what he'll say... he said "good, i was about to start looking for one" and then later he told me that he told his mom that we were planning on getting engaged. so! it must really be happening. yikes...i can't imagine being with anyone else, but it's scary.



we're going out to eat tonight, with my brothers. joe's crabshack is where we're going. i would love to see monsoon wedding tonight...i will have to see if the guys want to see it too. bye for now.
