Have you ever had the most amazing weekend spending almost no money, relaxing and just soaking in the goodness of life and the people around you and the sun?

For the boys' birthday, Thursday night was spent with the Mekas at Goat and Jess's house; grilling, enjoying the little ones, my parents, goat, jess, preeth and the kids and i. we sang the birthday song, a little bit, but other wise it was just family spending time together.

Friday night was Robin's turn. Then on Saturday it was my turn to celebrate it my way. Wes and I took them to a Mexican restaurant in StPaul where we just hung out and walked around on a beautiful sunny and warm day. Then we went fishing. Wes showed them some tricks. Ani did it for a while and then relaxed watching people while i took  over her pole. The boys found out that they like using worms vs "rapala". Then we went to Preetham's house and enjoyed a fire and shared stories.

Wes and I dropped the kids off and then went out to Uptown. We found a frisbee along the way which belonged to a little boy, (the back had his name and phone number) so we held on to it tight all night to get it back to him the next day. It felt so good to give it back to him. We went fishing again that day and i caught fish for my first time.

I felt loved, loving, happy and provided happiness. Beautiful blue skies, sparkling lakes, happy kids, happy momma.
