it was my friend kari's birthday earlier this week, and i forgot to tell her 'happy birthday'. i haven't seen her in two months and even then it was for a short while (at my wedding). i think that the last time we actually spent quality time together was maybe last year. i miss our old writing group sometimes...she was the one that always shocked us with her amazing descriptives and her way of bringing dogs to life...:)

she's going to be getting married soon, maybe then she'll have more time for us, really nice girls, who miss her. happy birthday kari.
